Q: What is the timeline for receiving an order?
A: We will begin shipping orders the second week of February, and will do everything possible to have all orders shipped by the end of March. However please note that some carriers are experiencing COVID-19 related shipping issues, which may cause delivery delays that we cannot control.
Q: Will exchanges be accepted?
A: No. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the number of anticipated orders. If your package has apparel, please be sure to check the size chart to make certain you are ordering the correct size.
Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: Yes, the order will ship via USPS if shipping to a PO Box.
